Scalzo Food Industries is a leading food manufacturer in Australia and New Zealand, operating five manufacturing sites. I began my career at Scalzo Foods in 2003 as part of the Quality team, later moving into the Commercial Department as a junior buying assistant. Over the years, I have managed a diverse range of product categories, including peanuts.

I hold an MBA from Monash University (completed in 2015), which equipped me with advanced commercial and leadership skills. Following this, I was appointed Commercial Manager, leading the team responsible for all product procurement. In this role, I have driven significant growth, including expanding our Peanut portfolio significantly. Building strong relationships with our supplier base, allows us to achieve resulting in consistent business wins and positive customer feedback. In 2022, I joined the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic direction and ongoing business development.
