After a Food engineering diploma completed by a Master degree at ESSEC French Business School, he lived for 7 years in Central and South America (Argentina) during a previous working experience. He started to work for Intersnack in 2006 as purchasing manager for several treenuts (Pistachio, Almonds, Hazelnuts etc…) , and then became category manager for Oil. Involved since mid 2016 with Peanuts, he is managing the global Peanut purchase with his team since 2017 and became Director in 2019 since then responsible for the procurement of a wide range of food raw materials and ingredients.
